hifimaps is a guide to rooms built around a stereo. It is written by hand and offered free. Using the site means accepting what follows.
Entries marked as verified were checked in person on the date shown. Entries marked as not verified were written from published sources and nobody from hifimaps has been. Hours change, rooms close, and equipment gets rebuilt. Check before you travel, and treat distances and travel times here as estimates rather than directions.
You are responsible for the mailbox the account is attached to. Do not use the site to break the law or to harass anybody. We can close an account that does, and you can close yours at any time by writing to hello@hifimaps.com.
The writing, the design and the database are ours. Photographs belong to the venues or to the photographer credited beside them, and are published with attribution and removed on request. Map data comes from Mapbox and OpenStreetMap under their own terms.
Do not copy the database wholesale. Quoting an entry with a link back is welcome and always has been.
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for a wasted journey, a closed door, or a disappointing record. What we will do is fix a mistake the same week you tell us about it.
